Call for applications: join an ODE council
ODE is now governed by five councils under the ODE Governance Framework v1.0 and seats are open on four of them, and we would like to hear from you.
Councils with open seats

The Governance Council is open to community council members only.
Who can apply
Anyone who has or wants to contribute to ODE and wants to take on more responsibility. Contribution is not only code: documentation, testing, design, feedback, forum answers, events, mentoring, translations and content all count. You don’t need to be an expert.
How to apply
- Read Join a council.
- Fill in the application form. It takes about 20 minutes.
- The form saves your answers as a text file and opens an email to hello@opendataensemble.org. Attach the file and send.

The Governance Council votes on new members, who serve a 2-year term. Everyone who applies gets a feedback, and if you are not selected this round, we will suggest a next step.
